New Buffalo hosted the Eagles from Howardsville Christian on Tuesday to finish out the 2016 BCS Divisional campaign.  The Bison were on the front foot from the opening whistle and smothered any Howardsville possession while putting together long passing sequences that more often than not resulted in a shot on goal.  Nick Keen broke the ice at the 4:30 mark of the 1st half with a left footed rocket after Sotiri Margaritis found him crashing into the 18 yard box.  The 2nd goal came from the outside when Zane Lauricella lifted a high floating ball from the sideline that found the far upper corner of the Eagle goal.  Nick keen tallied again when he flicked in a header from a Thomas Kucera free kick from 40 yards out closing out the opening half at 3-0.  The Bison continued to dominate the 2nd half with continued possession and shots and opened up to 4-0 when Patrick Griffin finished with his patented slide shot from a ball from Conner Thorn.  Gaige Rice and the Bison defense kept the Eagles at bay for the remainder of the game to get the clean sheet and the victory at 4-0.  New Buffalo finishes BCS Blue Division play at 3-1 to earn second place.  The Bison travel to Bridgman on Thursday.
