After the slow start against South Haven the pregame talk coming into the BCS Divisional game against Michigan Lutheran was about focus and playing hard from the opening whistle.  The Bison took it to heart and scored within 25 seconds of the 1st half start when Sotiri Margaritis found Andrew Keller in a tight space 12 yards from goal and he pushed it past the Titan Goal Keeper to the corner of the net.  The Bison created several more great chances before netting again when Zane Lauricella gave Margaritis a similar pass that was finished in the same fashion.  The Bison finished their 1st half scoring when Keller got the ball to Conner Thorn who knocked the ball into the back of the net.  Perhaps feeling a bit overconfident the Bison got too compressed toward the end of the half and the Titans were able to claw one back before the end of the half on a well played counterattack to make the score into half 3-1 for New Buffalo.  The Bison started the 2nd half almost as quickly as the first when Lauricella found Thorn on two great runs and finishes.  Lauricella turned scorer when he got a great ball from Andrew Keller inside the 6 yard area.  The bison capped off the scoring with a defensive connection when Thomas Kucera put in a great cross that was finished with authority by Miles Haskins. Conner Thorn finished with the seasons 1st Hat Trick and Zane Lauricella gave 3 assists and a goal.
