New Buffalo notched it's first victory of the season on Friday, September 15 with a 55-52 win over Brandywine, the first time in school history the Bison have knocked off the Bobcats.  New Buffalo began the game with two quick scores to go up 14-0 and was leading 21-8 early in the second.  Brandywine stormed back to take the lead 32-29 heading into halftime.  The second have saw the Bison trailing deep into the 4th quarter when a 62 yard run by quarterback Andrew Coffeen put them up for good.  Brandywine drove the field on the ensuing drive but failed to convert on a 4th and 2 on the 14 yard line.  New Buffalo took a knee on the final play for the victory.                         Andrew Coffeen led the Bison with 247 yards rushing, 3 TD's to go along with 108 yards passing and 2 TD's.  Seth Margaritis and Garrett Mullen both caught receiving touchdowns while Jarvis Tarnowski and Jon Gaeta added rushing scores.  Robby Thorn kicked three PAT's and did he and Garrett Mullen did an outstanding job kicking and punting all night.  Defensive Standouts were Tim Mayer who had 10 solo tackles, Javis Tarnowski and Ty Siuda with 2 sacks.  The Bison next play at Bridgman on Friday, Sept 22.
